A walking tour through the culinary corners of Parma

In the tour I will tell you about the history and present of Parma and how it is intertwined with the culture of food. We will also know more about the famous Parma Ham, Culatello and of course Parmigiano Reggiano, all these gastronomic excellences with the protected brand. I will also tell you about the Parma restaurants and their particular menu. Along the way you will learn more about the variety of sparkling Parmesan wines such as Malvasia and Lambrusco, as well as Balsamic Vinegar.
