Praia do Sono

We will visit praia do Sono, located 50 minutes by bus from the city of paraty to Vila oratorio and 50 minutes of walk from Vila oratorio to praia do sono The paradisiacal praia do Sono is the largest beach in the State Ecological Reserve of Juatinga with the largest caiçara population. We will walk through Mata Atlantica, on the trail we will find several streams of mineral water. The beach has clear waters and fine sand, it is a very quiet beach with few people. At the end of the 1.5km beach, going up a hill that gives access to the next beach we can see one of the most beautiful sunsets in the region. The trail is of moderate level, anyone can do the walk, from 10 to 65 years.

I am Argentina, living in Brazil for 6 years. My passion for trekking began as a child, I grew up in the Argentine Patagonia next to the mountain range and in Córdoba my hometown began in adolescence to walk more in the mountains. Here in Brazil I worked a year as a guide in the Vale do Pati in Chapada Diamantina, it was the first time that my passion happened to be my work and love. I did Vale do Pati 28 times, it was an unforgettable experience. I am currently in Paraty RJ, I know several trails, here the wonderful thing is that the mountain is next to the sea and the waterfalls too, fresh water and salt water. My two loves together, the sea and the mountain. My dream is to continue working as a guide here.
