Hunting for the Towers!
Did you know that in the Middle Ages Bologna had almost 100 towers? Some almost 100 m high, like the Torre degli Asinelli, others lower and used as fortified houses.
Today we can admire about 23 towers, incorporated into the modern city.
We will go hunting for a dozen of these, and we will explore the historic center with our nose up!
For each stage, we will see 1 or more medieval towers.

Hello! I am a certified tour guide and I love to propose original itineraries to discover the city with new eyes. I was born in Cagliari, Sardinia, and there I earned my first degree in Literature with a specialization in History of Art. I moved to Bologna 15 years ago and took another degree at DAMS (Theater, Music and Multimedia Production).
