My name is Sheer and I come from the Hunza Valley of the Himalayan Mountains in northern Pakistan. I was born and raised in Baltit, where the iconic 900-year-old fort sits on top of a hill and now serves as a museum for tourists. Since I was little, when I went to school, after school hours, I used to guide tourists to the fort on a voluntary basis because I liked it. My interest in history has led me to study Societies and Civilizations at University College London, so it can be said that I am something of an expert on history and civilizations. I have traveled to several historical cities around the world, such as the pyramids of Giza, Granada and Cordoba in Spain, Istanbul, Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, Texas in the US and of course London, where I spent 3 years.
