Choco Experience in Antwerp

For some, Belgium is synonymous with chocolate. And I think it is something that should be accepted in the RAE.

This adventure is aimed at tasting . However, venturing into this Experience (Choco Experience in Antwerp) implies not only tasting but also getting to know the BEST CHOCOLATE. There will also be time to wander around the city center getting to know some of the charms as well as historical aspects that make Antwerp a legendary city.

To begin with, we meet in a Chocolate Bar to talk about the historical and mythical aspects of this irresistible food , while we have one of the best chocolates in the city, it can be hot or cold depending on the season. Part of the experience at this stop is to grind cocoa as my ancestors did: with the stone hand and the metate.

Hello my name is Luis. I am from Nicaragua, but due to life circumstances I came to Belgium in 2012. I live in Antwerp where I do this delicious and interesting Chocolate Walk. I must say that my experience as a tour guide in Nicaragua influenced my decision to continue doing this job that I do in parallel to my work in the kitchen. To tell the truth, I am pleased to be able to continue doing so, because I love interacting with visitors and making them feel at home.
