Welcome to the beautiful Avena Hof. We are a community and a meeting place. As a seminar and guest house, I would like to offer you a free tour of our property. We visit an ancient shamanic cave, a stone circle that is over a thousand years old, confirmed and revealed archaeological, mystical rocks and a beautiful garden with botanical information and medicinal herbs. The tour lasts between 2 and 3 hours. Among wildflowers and mountains in the heart of Franconian Switzerland. A place of relaxation and connection with mother earth. Going back to our roots, I would like to invite you to visit this beautiful and mystical piece of land with us.
